Job Title: Office Clerk

Organization: Options for Learning

Salary: Part Time, $15 per hour

Location: City of Industry, CA


Job Description:

  • Under direction of the CCFP Nutrition Center Manager

  • Part-Time, 12- month work year.

  • Occasional evenings or weekend hours may be required.

  • Employment, responsibilities, compensation, or any other factor may be affected by changes in governmental regulations, the Agency's contracts, or at Agency discretion.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical support to CCFP staff.*

  • Accurately file, track and process CCFP paperwork as needed and directed.*

  • Follow up with vendors and Options staff regarding CCFP paperwork, invoices, packing slips as needed and directed.*

  • Accurately prepare needed CCFP paperwork for drivers, packers and sites.*

  • Sort and organize packing slips and invoices.*

  • Read and implement all agency and program policies and procedures.*

  • Accurately complete all assigned paperwork and documentation, on a timely basis, according to agency policies and procedures.*

  • Interact with office personnel and teaching staff in a positive manner.*

  • Assist with other office work as needed.*

  • Actively participate in in-service trainings.*

  • Work effectively with other team members.*

  • Complete special projects and other duties as needed.*

  • Assist the CCFP Nutrition Center Manager and Division Director as needed.*.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One year general clerical experience.

  • Ability to correctly and effectively communicate in written and oral English.
